Hi, I’m Oda.
A Norwegian, Devon-based Artist working with hand-gathered earth pigments
— Ochres, clays, and river stones collected from Dartmoor, the land around Blackawton, and the South Devon coast. My paintings bring together the figurative and the elemental: expressions of the human form, alongside earth, water, and the textures of the natural world. Painting, for me, is a devotional practice of presence and attunement — made in collaboration with Nature's spirits, creating ethereal yet grounding pieces that hold energetic frequencies of healing.
